Different Drummer Productions, Inc. , founded in 2008 by Robert Naturman and Robert Spenser, is a full service film production and development entity that focuses on the written page, searching for and developing film and television projects that are entertaining, thought-provoking and grounded in truth. 

Our current slate includes:

THE ACTUARY DISTRACTION, a supernatural comedy, wherein Comedy/Supernatural) The Angel of Death loses his appointment book.  It is a big, buddy comedy, with moments of real horror. 

ALL THE GOOD HOURS, a romantic comedy about married people, as a young married couple, want nothing more than to go out for their 10^th anniversary when life keeps getting in the way. 

CO-EDUCATION, a college comedy, wherein an all-girl’s college is forced to allow a male student in to their illustrious school or else lose all federal funding. 

THE LAST REAL ESTATE DEAL, a scam/con game comedy, The Sting in real estate, as  Monica, a recently paroled female convict, who was framed by her partner-in-crime, sets out to even the score by assembling her former crew in a real estate scam. 

DANNY BOY, a Romantic Sports Comedy/Sports.   Danny Bloom, a New York violinist with a serious gambling problem,. loses over 50 large on a football bet.  Danny gets a call from a lawyer in Ireland telling him  he has inherited a public house there, as he is the sole heir of his recently departed mother, Maureen.  When bookies come to collect on the $50,000 debt, Danny skips town and escapes to Ireland.  There he finds romance, rugby and redemption.

TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE, a comedy/fantasy, where the world's most politically correct man, a young political candidate, must go an entire day saying and doing the absolute most inappropriate things possible.  In the process, he has to avoid getting fired, getting killed, having his every action recorded on You Tube, having his fiancee break up with him because of his offensive behavior.  Can he survive this day?
